In Bloom Cake smash

What is included?
- 30 Minute Session

- All the decorations and backdrop (fully designed by the photographer)
- The Cake to Smash
- Photos of your Child ONLY with the cake/setup and then the bubble bath setup afterward
- 10 Digital images
- MUST ALLOW TO SHOW IMAGES ONLINE

All you need to do is bring the outfit :)

WARDROBE
Clients must provide the wardrobe. Once your session is booked I can send you some outfit options that I think will work great with the Cake Smash Setup.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SESSION TIME: Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in fewer images presented by the photographer. The hotographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make up for lost time.

CANCELLATIONS: Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for session cancellation. If a client must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session by emailing Victoria at [email protected]. If a client does cancel, the client will forfeit their time slot and the session fee paid.

Please READ CAREFULLY and make sure you select the correct time spot.

NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather-related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. VSP will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).

RESCHEDULING:
If the session needs to be rescheduled because of poor weather conditions, the photographer will message you in advance with your rescheduling options. The photographer is the one who makes the call if a mini session will be rescheduled.

COVID19:
If Covid19 comes back in the fall/winter and the government shuts down non-essential businesses again, the amount you paid will turn into a credit to be used towards a future session. The credit will not expire and can be put towards any future session you want.

INJURIES:
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties, injuries include but are not limited to bug/animal bites, bodily injury from falls or faulty props, and/or allergic reactions to foliage or materials at the session location. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

COPYRIGHT: Victoria Sturdy Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Victoria Sturdy Photography may use images from mini sessions for promotional use, both online, or in print.
