This year I've created a tree farm set right outdoors at the studio that families can come have their holiday photos taken at and feel like they're at a real tree farm. The best part is that these sessions will be done much earlier to beat the unpleasant weather, as I know it can be difficult for children to be in cold temperatures.

This set is large enough for bigger families as well as children

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SESSION TIME: Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in fewer images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make up for lost time.

CANCELLATIONS: Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for session cancellation. If a client must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session by emailing Victoria Sturdy at [email protected]. If a client does cancel, the client will forfeit their time slot and the session fee paid.

Please READ CAREFULLY and make sure you select the correct time spot.

NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather-related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. VSP will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).

RESCHEDULING:
If the session needs to be rescheduled because of poor weather conditions, the photographer will message you in advance with your rescheduling options. The photographer is the one who makes the call if a mini session will be rescheduled.

INJURIES:
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties, injuries include but are not limited to bug/animal bites, bodily injury from falls or faulty props, and/or allergic reactions to foliage or materials at the session location. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

COPYRIGHT: Victoria Sturdy Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Victoria Sturdy Photography may use images from mini sessions for promotional use, both online, or in print.

Clients must provide the wardrobe. Once your session is booked I will send you a What to wear guide to help you dress your family is the most flattering way!
